Expanded into the design, production, packaging and distribution of toys from Asian manufacturers to U.S. retailers. Determined and implemented company strategies. Traveled to China to source manufacturers and develop vendor relationships. Collaborated with web designers on the adoptme.com website’s game-play, style, content features and functionality. Co-created and designed compelling toy packaging and adoption kits to enhance the toys marketability. Created highly effective online marketing strategies. Conducted presentations to U.S. based retailers, distributors and software game companies. Successfully acquired the key Toys Я Us account.
